    " Hatha" encompasses nearly all types of modern yoga.

    Class will incorporates Asanas ( postures), Pranayama ( breathing techniques) relaxation and meditations.

    The poses are usually held from 3 breaths to 6 breaths.

    Hatha Yoga can be a great place to start, for a complete beginner or to develope a progress practice.

    If you been unwell or mild injuries, the right "Hatha" Class can be a great place to aid your recovery.

  • Flow Style Yoga

    Vinyasa is an umbrella term that covers a variety of different classes, all of which adopt an overall dynamic and energetic style of flow.

    The "flow" yoga is a movement of the physical yoga posture linking and connecting the breath to create a sense of freedom and flow. The flow class will be sequence to challenge your body and mind.

  • Assisted Chair Yoga

    Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting and supported by a chair.
    The modifications make yoga accessible to anyone that lack the mobility to move easily from standing to seated to supine positions.
    In the Assisted Chair Yoga class, expect to practice the yoga with adaptions of mild stretches for the back, shoulders and legs. Also working on strengthing the balance with an aid of a chair.

    Who benefits from chair Yoga?

    This practice suitable for all abilities. Whether you are fit and healthy but restricted range of movements due to prolonged sitting or with lack flexibility that may include mild injuries or for those who cannot get on the floor for whatever reason, such as age.

  • RESTORATIVE Aerial Yoga

    Restorative Aerial Yoga Practice using the Aerial Hammock to fully support the body .

    The Hammock is hung low at knee height and the Hammock acts like a prop that fully supports the body offering an aid to promote mindfulness movements. Therefore offering the illusion the body is in complete stillness but yet the Hammock aids the body with gentle movements that feels totally effortless and in the most therapeutic space allows the body to feel fully surrender and fully relaxed.

    Finished with the body completely in the cocoon space with a guided meditation.

    Suitable fall all abilities.

    No Aerial nor Yoga experience required.

  • Restorative Yoga / Remedial Yoga

    The Restorative yoga approach comes from the 5 part of the locomotor system-

    2. Joints
    3. Ligaments
    4. Tendons
    5. Nerves

    Restorative yoga practice was originally created to keep students who were less able, ill, unwell or injured to promote healing.

    This teaching deprived from teaching of BKS Iyenger , Beryl BenderBirch , Judith Hanon Lasater and Loren Fisherman . All to restore the body with the power of yoga with the discipline and techniques to support the body for healing by using aids and tools such as Chair, Wall, Aerial yoga Hammock and supine poses on a bed or floor.

    Restorative yoga promote healing for body and mind.
    Often as a Retreat to unwind or as a program to prepare the healing process.
    Also a private 1:1 setting.
