Yoga with Sayon - Specialist Approach
As an experienced yoga instructor, Sayon can advise and tailor the pace, the content, focus on your goals. The tailor practice can be a restorative approach, therapeutics
to restore balance or simply a more physical ( asanas) posture approach to a stronger challenge.
Your Yoga - Your Space- Your time - The Yoga will be scheduled to suit your personal timetable.
The 1:1 Yoga can be booked as a one off Yoga session such as once a month, or fortnightly or as a regular program.
Also available to book the The Tailored Practice Block Booking of 6 session. The Block booking of 6 session is one
hourly session per week. (T & C) applies
This ideal practice insures that you systematically progress towards your goal.
One to One - Yoga Practice
